Тропар (глас 2): Правдиві страстотерпці і істинні євангелія Христового по-слухачі, доброчесний Романе з незлобивим Давидом, ви не спротивилися ворогові – братові, що вбивав ваші тіла, а душ не міг діткнутися. Нехай, отже, плаче злий властолюбець, а ви, радіючи з ангельськими ликами, стоячи перед Святою Тройцею, моліться, щоб країна рідних ваших благовгодна була і щоб сини руські спаслися. Слава і нині:	Troparion (tone 2): O genuine passion-bearers and true followers of the Gospel of Christ, chaste Borys and innocent Hlib, you did not oppose your brother-turned-enemy, who killed your bodies but could not touch your souls. Therefore let the wicked lover of power shed tears of lament while you rejoice in the presence of the Holy Trinity with angelic choirs. Pray that the land of your kinsmen may be pleasing to God and that all children of Rus' may be saved. Glory... now...

Тому, прибігаючи до ковчега ваших мощів, приймаємо дар оздоровлення вашими молитвами, святії, бо ви є божественні лікарі.	Kontakion (tone 3): Today your all-glorious memory has shone forth, O noble passion-bearers of Christ, Borys and Hlib, summoning us to gather for the praise of Christ our God. Wherefore, we who hasten to your relics, receive the gift of healing by your prayers, O saints, for your are godly physicians.
Прокімен (глас 4): Святим, що на землі його, проявив Господь усі бажання свої в них (Пс 15,3). Стих: Я бачив Господа повсякчас передо мною, бо він праворуч мене, щоб я не похитнувся (Пс 15,8).	Prokimenon (tone 4): To the saints who are in His land, the Lord has made wonderful all His desires in them (Ps 15:3). Verse: I foresaw the Lord always in my sight, for He is at my right hand that I may not be shaken (Ps 15:8).
Апостол: (Рм 8,28-39) Браття, ми знаємо, що тим, які люблять Бога, – покликаним за його постановою, усе співдіє на добро. Бо яких він передбачив, тих наперед призначив, щоб були подібні до образу Сина його, щоб він був первородний між багатьма братами; яких же наперед призначив, тих і покликав; а яких покликав, тих оправдав; яких же оправдав, тих і прославив. Що скажемо на це? Коли Бог за нас, хто проти нас? Він власного Сина свого не пощадив, а видав його за всіх нас, – як же разом із ним не подарує нам усього? Хто буде винуватити вибраних Божих? Бог – той, що оправдує; хто ж той, що засудить? Христос Ісус, який умер, ба й воскрес, що по правиці Божій, – він заступається за нас. Хто нас відлучить від Христової любови? Горе чи утиск, чи переслідування, чи голод, чи нагота, чи небезпека, чи меч? Як написано: «За тебе нас увесь день убивають, уважають нас за овець (призначених) на заріз.» Але в усьому цьому ми маємо повну перемогу завдяки тому, хто полюбив нас. Бо я певний, що ні смерть, ні життя, ні ангели, ні князівства, ні теперішнє, ні майбутнє, ні сили, ні висота, ні глибина, ані інше якесь створіння не зможе нас відлучити від Божої любови, що в Христі Ісусі, Господі нашім.	Epistle: (Rm 8:28-39) Brethren, we know that all things work for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose. For those he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, so that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those he predestined he also called; and those he called he also justified; and those he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but handed him over for us all, how will he not also give us everything else along with him? Who will bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who acquits us. Who will condemn? It is Christ (Jesus) who died, rather, was raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us. What will separate us from the love of Christ? Will anguish, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or the sword? As it is written: "For your sake we are being slain all the day; we are looked upon as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we conquer overwhelmingly through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor future things, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Алилуя (глас 4): Візвали праведні, і Господь вислухав їх, і від усіх скорбот їх ізбавив їх (Пс 33,18). Стих: Багато скорбот у праведних і від усіх них ізбавить їх Господь (Пс 33,20).	Alleluia (tone 4): The just cried out and the Lord heard them, and delivered them out os all their afflictions (Ps 33:18). Verse: The afflictions of the just are many, and out of them all will the Lord deliver them (Ps 32:20).
Євангеліє: (Ів 15,17-16,2) Сказав Господь: «Ось, що вам заповідаю: щоб ви любили один одного! Ненавидить вас світ – то знайте: мене він ще перед вами зненавидів. Були б ви від світу, то світ би своє любив. А що ви не від світу, бо я вибрав вас від світу, ось тому й ненавидить вас світ. Згадайте слово, що його був я вам вирік: Слуга не більший від пана свого. Переслідували мене – переслідуватимуть і вас. А слово моє зберігали – зберігатимуть і ваше. Та все те робитимуть вам за моє ім'я, не знають бо того, хто послав мене. Якби я не прийшов і не говорив до них, гріха не мали б вони. Та нині нема їм пробачення за їхній гріх! Хто ненавидить мене, той і Отця мого ненавидить. Був би я не вчинив серед них діл, що їх ніхто інший не вчинив, – гріха не мали б вони. А так – ось бачили, і зненавиділи: і мене, і Отця мого. Але щоб здійснилося слово, яке в законі їхньому записано: Зненавиділи вони мене без причини! Як прийде Утішитель, якого зішлю вам від Отця, Дух істини, який від Отця походить, то він і свідчитиме за мене. Та й ви свідчитимете: ви бо зо мною від початку. Повідав я вам те, щоб ви не зневірилися. Виключать вас із синагог. А й година настане, коли то всяк, хто вас убиватиме, буде гадати, що служить тим Богові.»	Gospel: (Jn 15:17-16:2) The Lord said: "This I command you: love one another. If the world hates you, realize that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, the world would love its own; but because you do not belong to the world, and I have chosen you out of the world, the world hates you. Remember the word I spoke to you, 'No slave is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours. And they will do all these things to you on account of my name, because they do not know the one who sent me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin; but as it is they have no excuse for their sin. Whoever hates me also hates my Father. If I had not done works among them that no one else ever did, they would not have sin; but as it is, they have seen and hated both me and my Father. But in order that the word written in their law might be fulfilled, 'They hated me without cause.' When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth that proceeds from the Father, he will testify to me. And you also testify, because you have been with me from the beginning. I have told you this so that you may not fall away. They will expel you from the synagogues; in fact, the hour is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God."
